“The Four Steps to the Epiphany,” a possible design & marketing path for WD?

My thanks to Conor White-Sullivan, founder of Localocrocy (and EI alum), for giving some great advice today regarding WD.  Major takeaways:

  • Read The Four Steps to the Epiphany by Steven Gary Blank. This book has proven a tremendous, tangible aid to him any other entrepreneurs, and provides concrete, distinct steps to help entrepreneurs succeed.
  • Make the entrepreneur experience in WD be built around this book’s philosophy.  A) the philosophy is great. B) lots of people already love the philosophy and would find an interactive online experience based around it of strong interest.
  • Connect with the lean startup community
  • I’m in love with the details of implementation – like nearly every entrepreneur – and I need to boil this down better.
